The Boxes of Orland were designed by Mystic Master Pep Orland at the request of Marc Antony to contain his three special powers so that they were be preserved for future generations.  At the time, it was feared that he would perish at the hands of Lord Palpatine and wanted to make sure that good Magic would be protected.  

After Palpatine's defeat...the boxes were stored in the Mystic archives until Mystic Master Rite Potter was asked to destroy them.  Rather than destroy peices of Mystic history...he instead gave them to the royals of Caire for safe keeping...

Since then...the boxes have resided within the care of members of the Senior Royal Family...By tradition...one box is protected by those in succession to the throne...stored in thier private vaults.
